Fillers (Contour Plastic)
Fillers (Contour Plastic)

Contour plastic involves injecting a special filler beneath the skin.
Throughout its development, different types of fillers have been used. Today, the following types exist:
Types of Fillers
- Permanent fillers — liquid silicone or biopolymer gel.
Currently used only to correct post-traumatic defects. - Long-acting fillers — synthetic-biological compounds, now rarely used.
- Temporary fillers — biodegradable compounds, such as autologous fat or collagen gel. These have fewer side effects but a shorter duration.
- Hyaluronic acid fillers:
– Animal-based: may cause allergic reactions; duration up to 6 months.
– Non-animal-based: currently the safest, the most effective and the most popular option.
Hyaluronic acid is a natural skin component responsible for moisture and elasticity.
Non-animal-based hyaluronic acid does not cause allergic reactions or side effects.
Used for:
Beyond its filling function, hyaluronic acid retains moisture and stimulates collagen production, resulting in more hydrated, elastic skin. After the gel is absorbed, the depth of wrinkles is reduced.

Procedure
The skin is pre-treated, and the product is selected individually.
The filler is injected using a special cannula to minimize tissue trauma, though micro-injections may also be used.
- Suitable for all ages
- No recovery period required
- The effect is immediate
- Additional product may be added later to enhance results
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, acute febrile illnesses, hemophilia, nephropathy.
