High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) is a modern technology developed in 2012. Among hardware-based methods, it is considered one of the most effective treatments for cellulite and excess fat.

The method uses focused ultrasound directed at specific areas. It targets adipocytes (fat cells) at a depth of 0.8–1.3 cm, damaging their membranes and causing them to break down. These fat cells do not regenerate and the liquefied fat is naturally eliminated through the lymphatic system and kidneys.

During the procedure, collagen and elastin synthesis also increases, improving skin elasticity and preventing sagging as body circumference decreases.

Procedure Details:

  • Duration: 45–60 minutes
  • One session reduces circumference by 2–3 cm (approximately one clothing size)
  • A repeat session may be performed after 1 month
  • Not painful; no special care or recovery period
  • Suitable treatment areas: abdomen, hips, buttocks, inner/outer thighs, upper arms, knees
